Natural mixed and coniferous forests in almost entirely unspoilt regions are the sources for this honey. It is here that the bees collect the honeydew and use it to prepare a special, organically produced honey with an intensive dark colour and crisp fragrance.

BIHOPHAR Organic Forest Honey is deliberately harvested in harmony with nature and the environment. The sites chosen for the beehives that produce the forest honey are largely unspoilt forests. Organic beekeepers are required to keep records of the locations. For winter hibernation, the beekeepers leave the bees with their own honey. The mark of the German organic control authority on the label guarantees that they have checked constant compliance with these commitments.
